Hearty breakfasts with fine cakes and croissants, bread with the “right” flour, organic yogurt and local butter, cereals, dried fruit, no-compromise chocolate and hazelnut spreads, fruit juices, homemade jams, fresh seasonal fruit, and possibly free-range eggs, local raw-milk cheese and cured meat without preservatives will give you the right energy to face all the pleasures of the day. Breakfast will be served in your room or in the garden in the summer period, in a special basket full of delicacies.
